Twelfth Night
Directed by: Colin Wasmund, Winter 2019 Western Carolina University.
Concept: We set our production on a fantastical Carribean Island. The set which I also designed fro this production was loosly inspired by architecture in Havana. The clothes aimed at being loosely georgian and pirately, but the inhabitants of Illyria had rules of their own. Gender was a bit loose, and characters like Maria and Feste bent the norms as well as those in the central plot line. Bright colors abounded in this tropical paradise.
